The hard engineering call that paid off

Riskiest seam first.

The undocumented WhatsApp jid intent extra was tested on a real device in the first 30 minutes. Back-to-front build order: prove the send seam, then let everything upstream feed it.

Verdict
PASSES. Opens directly inside the target chat with image + text staged, one tap from send.
Fallbacks designed but not needed.
